Waken Connect Transform are delighted to bring our fourth Workshop to Edinburgh on Saturday the 3rd of February 2018. We provide a workshop space on the 1st Saturday of every month at the Rose Street Studio (formerly Edinburgh Music Society) just off Rose Street. 

We have lined up a series of 12 workshops, deepening our connection with self and others. You can join in at any time. Our fourth workshop focuses on Conscious Loving Touch. We will be developing our Ki awareness with some fun exercises, we will take time to meditate, come into a quiet space of reflection, and you will also be encouraged to get up and move your body and Raise the Energy. In this workshop we will explore conscious loving touch through exercises in conscious connection and explore the Hold-Ha-Hug technique, a hug to deepen connection and allow for more vulnerability in any relationship, sharing the breath of life. 

At all times you are free to participate as much as you wish, and if you feel more comfortable observing exercises, that will be respected.
